It's finally happening! Sharon is leaving for her
first horse show since 1995!

Ghardener has just gotten off the trailer
and isn't quite sure what to do with himself.
Also, notice he only has three shipping wraps on!
(What do those horses do in the trailer?)

Ghardener did his best to behave during his first time
under saddle away from SendonWay. But as you can see,
it wasn't always pretty!

Sharon's sister and trainer Nancy had to walk
the two to the arena. Ghardener needed all
the reassurance he could get!

Ghardener's first halt EVER, Training Level Test 1
June 7, 2008

Heading down the center line for his final halt,
Ghardener was definitely getting tired.
But he did it!

Proud dad Bob walks along side Sharon and Ghardener
as the pair exit their arena. I'm sure there were sighs of
relief all around!

Notice Sharon is feeling a little more brave and
opts to wear her top hat instead of hard hat!

Ghardener was almost successful in dumping
Sharon in the show arena!

Ghardener's third test of the weekend was
Training Level Test 2 again, ridden here on
Sunday, June, 8, 2008.

As you can see, Sharon went back to wearing
the hard had...she wasn't taking any chances this time!

We survived...and we couldn't have done it
without Nancy's help!
